Welcome to Stomp & Slide The new line-dancing class from Henry Street Fitness, taught by our very own cowgirl-in-residence, Jamie Graham.

Been obsessed with mastering Dasha’s moves in Austin? Feel like tuning out the news and dancing purely for joy? We’ve got you covered. Twice a month, we trade Pilates mats for cowboy boots and hit the floor.

What to Expect
