Pilates + progressive weight lifting, extended.
Our full-length version of Power & Progression. You’ll move through 30 minutes of signature Pilates to stabilize and strengthen, followed by 30 minutes of progressive lifting for arms, chest, shoulders, back, glutes, and legs.
The 60-minute format gives you more volume, more intensity, and more time under tension — ideal for clients ready to push their strength training to the next level.
