Tower Pilates Classes

The Tower is the original equipment designed by Joseph Pilates in the 1930s. It is the oldest piece of Pilates equipment, designed by Joseph Pilates himself and essentially unchanged since the 1930s. It remains one of the most effective ways to build full-body strength, improve posture, and see lasting results. An elevated mat attached to springs, bars, and handles, it allows the body to move in every direction — up and down, back to front, side to side. Each client trains on their own Tower unit, with no more than 7 clients per class, ensuring personal attention for the cost of a class.

Our instructors are classically trained, with 600+ hours of education and at least 5 years of teaching experience before leading at HSF. Many of our clients have practiced with us for years, so classes are leveled to meet every body where it is and push it to the next stage of strength.
