Classes are leveled and limited to 7, so plan on a lot of individual attention and a focused and driven workout. The vibe is welcoming and community-driven.
If you are new to Pilates, the Tower unit, or HSF, you must start with an Open level class.
In addition to Pilates, we also offer a combined Pilates and weight-lifting class. The Full 60: 30 minutes Pilates and 30 minutes weight-lifting. We work the major muscle groups of your arms, chest, shoulders, back, butt and legs. No sweeps or burpees to be found, anywhere but with the intense focus on form and alignment that you have come to expect from our Pilates.
And for pure fun value, we have line-dancing two times a month. Stomp & Slide is taught by our very own cowgirl-in-residence, Jamie Graham! We do popular line dances that do not require partners. We are dancing through the 10 most popular line-dances.
