About the Workshop
Breathwork is a powerful form of somatic healing that helps release stuck emotions and energy in the body. Through deep, three-part pranayama breathing, you’ll quiet the mind, open the heart, and let your body lead the healing process.
Unlike talk therapy, breathwork is experiential—not analytical. By releasing emotional and physical blocks, we make room to let go of patterns that no longer serve us and create space for new experiences.

What to Expect
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll:
Set intentions for the upcoming season
Move through ~30 minutes of active, guided breathing set to music
Close with deep rest, integration, and relaxation
